Hi, I’m Melisa Issa – your go-to brow and lash lift specialist, makeup artist, and the face behind Brows by Mel! My passion for beauty started way back in high school, when I loved doing my own makeup, experimenting on my brows, and glamming up my best friends before a night out. In 2018, I kicked off my career as a skin specialist, and a year later, I earned my makeup certificate. I’ve worked in Selfridges with all the iconic brands you can think of – Tom Ford, Armani, Estée Lauder, Huda, Anastasia, and more. I’ve even done TV work and freelanced as a makeup artist. But when Covid hit in 2021, life changed, and I switched careers for a bit – only to find that my love for beauty was impossible to leave behind. Brows by Mel was born from a real struggle: I just couldn’t find anyone who could get my brows right! Every attempt ended in disaster, so I decided to take matters into my own hands (literally).I truly believe that perfect brows and beautifully lifted lashes can transform your entire look and boost your confidence. Every face is unique, and so are you! Comfort and care are at the heart of everything I do. I love chatting with my clients, sharing tips, and making sure you leave my chair feeling pampered, empowered, and most importantly, satisfied!
